Natalia started her career at the US Chamber of Commerce, International Division, European Affairs in Washington, DC. Colin McClive, a founder and Managing Member of Joseki Ventures, LLC, is a private lender and real estate investor. He is a 29-year veteran of the financial services industry with knowledge and experience across banking, capital markets and insurance. A consistent theme of Colin’s career has been the identification, adoption and application of effective business practices and technologies within financial services. He is now applying his expertise and knowledge to ensuring the success of Joseki Ventures.
As a private banker with Chemical Bank (now JP Morgan Chase), Colin learned the financial and operational dynamics of banking and capital markets – skills he applied as a financial controller and then as head of the Customer Information and Decision Support group within Chemical’s Private Bank. He was a key member of the Chemical Bank team that designed, built and deployed an integrated customer relationship management/customer profitability reporting platform that allowed Chemical’s Private Bank, Middle Marketing Banking and Corporate Bank to garner as much as 75% market share in key markets and produce substantial business profitability.
Following Chemical Bank, Colin established a consulting firm that grew to 70 people with offices in New York, Boston, London, Zurich and Singapore. For nearly 10 years, Colin and his team consulted with and managed projects for many of the world’s leading financial institutions, helping to improve financial controlling, customer profitability and operations analysis systems. His systems and applications have been credited as the source of sustained competitive advantage by many of his customers. Colin has also worked for Microsoft Corporation as a Director in their Financial Services Industry Group.

Jackellyn was the former Western Region Marketing Director at STV and served as a Board of Directors for the Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS); where she won the coveted “Member of the Year Award”. She has successfully converted an 1840’s brownstone to condominium units and an early 20th century post office to an 8 unit mixed use apartment and retail building. Aside from Victoria Global, Caroline Alexa McBride is the Director of Business Development for Serafina Restaurant Group. Her duties include facilitating key aspects of domestic and international expansion and franchising, implementing development and marketing strategies, handling media and press, promoting all ten restaurants in the organization as well as Serafina food products, supervising viral marketing and managing websites on behalf of the New York based company which employs over 850 people.
Caroline is the former Chief Operating Officer of Behind the Burner, an online culinary company featuring expertise from leaders in the food and wine industry while offering promotional commerce opportunities for members. Before joining Behind the Burner, she was a licensed and bonded fundraiser in New York City and raised millions of dollars for local non-profits while at the helm of McBride Capital Campaigns and Events, Inc. Michael’s sales on Heart and Soul in 2007 were $2.5 million dollars.

Dina Abdullah Enriquez crafted her entire business life of over 25 years around her lifestyle, a result of her diplomatic upbringing.
Her first start-up was a manufacturing concern for European breads and pastries, which she researched in a bakery in Luzern. Dina created her own brand, established a marketing & distribution company, and then grew it to 14 stand-alone outlets in 6 months. She sold the company when made an offer she couldn’t refuse.
Dina moved into retail in Singapore where in 2 years she was able to dominate a very fickle market of consumers through her knowledge of savvy buying and design in fashion accessories.
During the ‘80s hotel boom years, Dina’s creativity discovered hospitality design realm as both designer and supplier of furniture and interior items. She found herself working with factories all over Asia. She expanded her business by representation of major US hospitality textile brands; that strengthened her strategy to stay competitive as well as complete 25+ hotel projects.

Dina’s advocacy is to stop child trafficking and help abused and disadvantaged children for their right to an education. She supports the Yellow Boat Foundation, which assists children to get to school on outrigger boats in the coastal islands of the Philippines.
It is her dream to establish a network for EFT / tapping as a form of healing, and to establish an educational platform that teaches mindfulness, well-being, health and fitness to elevate the potential for living a complete life at the grass roots level around the Philippines.

Jennifer Cook has 20 years of B2B marketing experience from small – medium – to Fortune 100 businesses, with a strong background of strategic planning, communications, branding and awareness building, and development of marketing campaigns to tactical execution. Jenn uses break through innovative strategies to drive new markets and transformation. She has lead the projects and directed the teams that have made impactful changes across many vertical industries. Jenn was co-founder for a children’s learning development company, Budding Brilliance, during which she worked on the entrepreneurial venture through the stages of business plan development, from initial market research through presenting to the investor community. She had primary involvement from 2003-2010, and was dedicated full time in 2007.
Jenn earned her MBA from Arizona State University W.P. Carey School of Business, a BS from Eastern Michigan University and has 12 years of high technology experience, over six years with Intel Corporation, working with Fortune 500 partners developing marketing and sales campaigns to drive incremental revenue. She has been both in the dental and medical device industry, developing plans and strategies for creating marketing awareness and driving adoption for new products and solutions. She has developed strategic relationships with marquee hardware and software companies, including: Intel, Dell, HP, IBM, SAP, Halliburton, SAS, Dassault, McKesson, VMWare from SMB to the Enterprise across all geographies. As the Director for Bitcoin Strategies, Brad is helping to design an appropriate regulatory framework around Bitcoin adoption and use for Victoria Global. He also assists companies with Bitcoin-related PR and provides strategy consulting for businesses and government agencies looking to leverage Bitcoins in their present workflows.
In the past, Brad helped to develop SOx 404 accounting controls at GE Capital, lead global EMEA equity trading and compliance at Deutsche Bank – Equitech, and managed trade operations at Reservoir Capital across a multitude of asset classes.
Brad started his career as a technologist in 1997 working with multiple start-ups in Honolulu, Silicon Valley, Boston, and New York. Brad earned his B.S. from Boston College in 2002 with concentrations in Computer Science, Finance, and Strategic Operations Management. He also received his M.S. Finance from Pace University in 2010. His diverse experience in IT, Capital Markets finance, and compliance gives him a unique understanding of new capital market mechanisms.

Prior to his current consulting practice, Steve was Vice President, Corporate Development within the Entriq group at Naspers Limited, a global media conglomerate headquartered in Cape Town, South Africa.
Previously, Steve did business development and strategy at Microsoft, focusing on internet content delivery on the television screen, interactive television services, as well as next generation electronic programming guides and cross device TV program search, discovery and recording management.
He also worked at Disney in the domestic home video group during the rise of DVD rentals and sales.
Early on his career, Steve was an investment banker in both the corporate finance and technology investment banking groups at Merrill Lynch, in New York and San Francisco. He executed transactions in equity, debt, and structured convertible securities totaling $2.4B in transaction value.
Steve holds an MBA from Stanford Business School and a BA in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
