Director, Media Sales, TV & Commercial Production

Media entrepreneur, former publisher and television producer with over 30 years experience, Alan has created several television series for broadcast in the NYC area including the Emmy Awarded PBS show “Best Places To Live” as well as “Faces of Philanthropy.” Some series and digital video initiatives were in partnership with magazines and newspapers. Alan also has expertise in producing commercials, infomercials and other online and corporate branding and profile videos.

Natalia Sokolova

Director, Metals & Mining and Healthcare Industries

Natalia Sokolova’s focus in Victoria Global is for the Metals & Mining and Healthcare industries. She firmly advocates team experience, industry expertise and innovative programs to help drive shareholder value for clients worldwide. She also serves as Director for Investor Relations and Strategic Communications at LDJ Capital for Natural Resources.

Natalia’s experience as founder of SGG World LLC – an international consulting and advisory firm for public and private companies in the energy and natural resources sector brings in-depth and wide expertise to Victoria Global. She was also previously head of Marketing/ PR and IR at Bidz.com, the world’s largest online jewelry auction site. Her team increased the sales revenue by more than 300% in a two-year period. Natalia conceptualized corporate communications before and after the quiet period and with the board of directors, IR firms, and underwriters in connection with the Bidz.com IPO.

Natalia started her career at the US Chamber of Commerce, International Division, European Affairs in Washington, DC. She graduated Cum Laude in 1998 with degrees in Finance and International Business from the University of Maryland, College Park after surviving a life-threatening car accident that left her paralyzed for several months.

Natalia is a member of the National Association of Professional Women and of the Cambridge Who is Who. In her spare time, Natalia is a dedicated philanthropist. Her event planning company, Exquisite Planning LLC, has organized many fundraisers benefiting children with mental disabilities and those of third world countries. She serves on the Board of Best Buddies Foundation and Sunflower Children.

Natalia is based in New York but spends a lot of her time traveling and nurturing established relationships with high-level contacts she has acquired over the years.

Ray Mitchell

Director, Investment Advisory

Ray Mitchell is a consultant specializing in marketing, management consulting, investment advising, and assists companies with strategic plans. Ray has focused on marketing to pension plans for asset management firms.

Ray was appointed to serve as a trustee by both Governor Roy Romer and Governor Bill Owens. He served on the Colorado Fire and Pension Plan for thirteen years. He was actively involved in the investment decision making process. He has been an invited speaker at many conferences on subjects including investment policy, market neutral strategies, derivatives, and asset allocation policies

Ray’s experience as a former real estate broker and manager add to his insights and knowledge base. He has experience as an affiliate professor in the MBA program at Regis University. He teaches International Accounting, Capital Markets, and several advanced accounting classes. Ray was awarded the “Excellence in Teaching Award” in 1997 and 2007 by the MBA students at the university. Ray is the author of “A Step by Step Approach to Business Planning”.

Will Fang

Director, International Relations: China & North America

As the Director for International Relations, Will brings 10 years of experience in the general management, market development and product development for top global banking clients and high technology firms in North America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific.

Will specializes in Business Development, Negotiation, Cross-Border Transactions, Joint Venture, Strategy Consulting, Key Account Management, Branding and Experience, Executive Education, and Real Estate.

Will served as an executive adviser for Greater China Society, one of the largest regional student clubs at Columbia Business School with over 300 members. The club’s mission is to improve the professional community for students who have an interest in the Greater China region. This club focuses on three primary initiatives: career development, social activities, and community outreach. Within these initiatives club focus on the China Business Conference, student events (educational, networking, and social) and several Asia treks.

Will holds an Executive MBA from Columbia Business School, a Bachelor Math from the University of Waterloo. He speaks fluent English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

Jackellyn Trinh

Director, Client Management

As Client Management Director for Victoria Global, Jackellyn Trinh is in her element. She has worked with a number of public agencies, professional industries, and athletic organizations, as a representative to develop business and maintain client relationships. She has over 16 years of public relations, marketing, and business development experience; including services such as community outreach, branding, managing and producing agency and corporate events, proposal writing, as-well-as building strong rapports between public agencies, professional consultants, and the local community. Her goal in Victoria Global is to bring relationships together in a strategic and harmonious manner while achieving optimum results.

Jackellyn was the former Western Region Marketing Director at STV and served as a Board of Directors for the Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS); where she won the coveted “Member of the Year Award”. Her recent list of projects in the construction industry include working with the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority; San Bernardino Associated Governments; Omnitrans; Orange County Transit Authority; Metrolink; Caltrans; Riverside County Transportation Commission; Valley Transportation Authority; Bay Area Rapid Transit; Unified School Districts throughout the nation; and a number of agency departments like public works, purchasing, department of water and power, department of education, department of corrections, department of defense, and many other state local and federal agencies. She was a consultant to the KJE nonprofit organization (an affiliate of the Indianapolis Colts), and the PR Manager for former Detroit Lions linebacker, Caleb Campbell (the first West Point graduate to ever, become drafted into the NFL.) She has served as an athletic director for the last seven years for the Junior All-American Youth Football Leagues and has been on the planning committee for both the Texas vs Nation and the All-Star Classics senior bowl games.

Sylvia Pilar

Director, Client Management

Sylvia Pilar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various industries. The diversity in her work experience has earned her a full spectrum of professionalism, and a wealth of knowledge. Her extensive experience as an independent contractor in real estate, sales, and marketing as well as in the arts has enabled Ms. Pilar to apply her diverse talents and accumulated knowledge toward working as an event specialist in numerous venues that require a top-notch savvy individual. These special skills are brought in full force to the Victoria Global team as she heads events management in Miami.

Her background in the performing arts and as a model spokesperson provided her with outstanding presentation skills and the confidence to communicate with individuals and audiences of all levels. A profile about Sylvia in New York City’s Real Estate magazine: “Brokers Weekly” referred to her multiple talents as real estate’s “Ultimate Renaissance Woman”.

From 1994 to 2010, Sylvia worked for DJK Residential, corporate relocation and successfully represented sellers, buyers, and renters in every neighborhood of Manhattan! She also earned membership to the “DJK Millionaires’ sales club” in 2009. She is also licensed in California which extends her real estate knowledge from coast to coast.

Prior to relocating to New York, she worked as a lab technician in a California Winery and also as an actress and model in film and theater. Her modeling experience brought her to the position Director of Instructors at a San Francisco modeling school. Sylvia’s entrepreneurial spirit, love of art, and flair for fashion & design and was involved as a part owner in L’IDEA, an Italian fashion accessory import company and later in an art gallery, ARTSTAR where she participated in all areas of marketing and management.

She currently divides her time between the east and west coasts and works as a freelance event specialist while maintaining an active lifestyle with time toward her creative projects as a singer/songwriter actress and poet.


Lita Dwight

Director, Legal Services

Lita Dwight is an investment management attorney specializing in hybrid hedge funds, mutual funds and other investment products. She has worked for top tier corporate firms in New York city including Sidley Austin Brown & Wood and Stroock & Stroock & Lavan and has represented such clients as Merrill Lynch, UBS Painewebber and JP Morgan Chase. All these and more come into play in her vital role as Director of Legal Services for Victoria Global.

Lita was one of the first attorneys in Manhattan to introduce the hybrid hedge fund product featuring investment strategies used by the top performing hedge fund managers of 2000. In 2004, she founded Acquis Development Corp specializing in the renovation of historic buildings in Brooklyn and in 2009 co-founded Sterling Green Corp with her business partner focusing on the renovation of mixed-use properties in the Hudson Valley. She has successfully converted an 1840’s brownstone to condominium units and an early 20th-century post office to an 8 unit mixed-use apartment and retail building. She is an avid runner, plays guitar and loves real estate. Lita is a graduate of Davidson College and Georgetown University Law Center. She currently lives in midtown Manhattan.


Inesa Dayan

Director, Diamond Industry

Inesa Dayan knows her diamonds and as Director of Diamond Industry, her focus is crystal clear: Create shining and brilliant marketing strategies with clients and firms that will put them and their vision in a clear light. Alongside Victoria Global, her company, established in 2009, works with principals that have more than 15 years experience in the diamond, gemstones and jewelry industry. The company’s vast trade network allows them to cover any need of clients for diamonds and colored stones. Her trade partners include Leviev and Jacob & Co. in the USA, Venus Jewel in India, Eshed Diam – Gemstar in Israel, KGK Group in Belgium, Alrosa and Smolensk Diamonds in Russia. Her firm has participated in local and international trade expositions, such as AGTA (American Gem Trade Association) Gem Show, BaselWorld, Hong Kong Jewelry Show by the HKTDC (Hong Kong Trade Development Council), and JCK. Their clientele includes the Mercury Group, Tourbillon Boutique, and the store chain Cosmos-Zoloto in Moscow and Saint Petersburg. Sales in 2010 and 2011 were estimated to be in USD 3 billion annually which doubled in 2012 to more than USD 6 billion.

Amy Wenslow, an international product expert, captivates audiences with her charismatic style as she shares insights on how to position and produce products that will make millions through high volume sales to home shopping channels and mass merchandisers. With over 21 years experience in product development, sales and management for consumer goods, her success has led to expanding from a North American clientele to an international one, with clients in including countries as far away as Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, India, and the Czech Republic.

Amy is compelled by design specifically for high volume sales. Her career has blended a strong design background with sales mastery and management. For 3 years, she worked as a lead developer on Beverly Hills Gold. During this time, Beverly Hills Gold’s retail sales on QVC were $300 million dollars.

After that success, Amy managed sales teams of up to 24 people responsible for special event sales and corporate accounts including Zales, Helzberg Diamonds, Macy’s and Costco.

In 2006, Amy led a product launch in Wal-Mart with a $1.78 million dollar first order. The product performed so well it earned permanent space. Following quickly on that success, in 2007 Amy headed up development of a product line, Heart and Soul, that sold at Michael’s Craft Stores, Jo-Ann’s and AC Moore. Michael’s sales on Heart and Soul in 2007 were $2.5 million dollars.

Over the span of her career, Amy has worked on products as diverse as surfboards, jewelry, mouthwash, natural cleaning products, clothing and hardware. Individual piece prices ranged from $1.99 up to $32,000 retail.

With her warm and energetic style, Amy inspires her audiences into action. They feel her passion for people and respect for their dreams. BRAD CHUN

Brad Chun

Director, Bitcoin Strategies

As the Director for Bitcoin Strategies, Brad is helping to design an appropriate regulatory framework around Bitcoin adoption and use for Victoria Global. He also assists companies with Bitcoin-related PR and provides strategy consulting for businesses and government agencies looking to leverage Bitcoins in their present workflows.

In the past, Brad helped to develop SOx 404 accounting controls at GE Capital, lead global EMEA equity trading and compliance at Deutsche Bank – Equitech, and managed trade operations at Reservoir Capital across a multitude of asset classes.

Brad started his career as a technologist in 1997 working with multiple start-ups in Honolulu, Silicon Valley, Boston, and New York. Brad earned his B.S. from Boston College in 2002 with concentrations in Computer Science, Finance, and Strategic Operations Management. He also received his M.S. Finance from Pace University in 2010. His diverse experience in IT, Capital Markets finance, and compliance give him a unique understanding of new capital market mechanisms.

Brad’s goal is to drive adoption and awareness of Bitcoins in mainstream business.

Steve is an executive level strategist and execution specialist with over 20 years of in company and management consulting experience across a broad range of digital media and technology sectors. He specializes in product and business strategy, as well as deal-making (strategic partnerships, investments, and mergers and acquisitions).

Prior to his current consulting practice, Steve was Vice President, Corporate Development within the Entriq group at Naspers Limited, a global media conglomerate headquartered in Cape Town, South Africa.

Previously, Steve did business development and strategy at Microsoft, focusing on internet content delivery on the television screen, interactive television services, as well as next-generation electronic programming guides and cross-device TV program search, discovery and recording management.

He also worked at Disney in the domestic home video group during the rise of DVD rentals and sales.

Early on his career, Steve was an investment banker in both the corporate finance and technology investment banking groups at Merrill Lynch, in New York and San Francisco. He executed transactions in equity, debt, and structured convertible securities totaling $2.4B in transaction value.

Steve holds an MBA from Stanford Business School and a BA in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
